Gentle Flow and Restore: Available to all levels. In this class we move slowly, gently and mindfully explore asanas. A light flow, longer held postures and hands on assists are offered to allow you to discover what is best for your unique body and practice. Followed by 30 minutes of restorative/yin postures supported with props to unwind, heal and integrate.
Vinyasa Flow (level 2/3): In this class the students have the opportunity to explore their bodies and intentions through the integration of presence-based flowing movement, stillness, deep listening and various modifications of asana through creative sequencing. Advanced postures including arm balances, binds and inversions will be offered and demonstrated for those who would like to incorporate more challenging postures into their practice.
Heated Vinyasa: In this class we turn up the heat and explore a full body asana practice to sweat, purify, stretch and strengthen our bodies, minds and spirits. Bring plenty of water and and a towel. (pervious experience with heated yoga highly recommended)
