As a Bodyworker and Massage therapist since 2010, I have been on an inspiring journey around the world to experience, learn and practice healing modalities in their origin by their people.
With a private massage practice in Provincetown MA. and as member of the Massage and Bodywork crew at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur California, I am committed to offering a safe, healing and quality experience to clientele.
Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork:
With intuitive guidance & reverence for the physical and energetic bodies, a session is typically offered using a unique and organic blend of methods and techniques depending on the needs and desires of the client.
The foundation of my Bodywork practice was taught to me at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. I creatively utilize this technique through presence based touch, deep listening, nurturing and long flowing strokes to relax & integrate ones body and being in a holistic manner rather than individual parts.
With a special interest and passion for Deep Bodywork, this technique is applied with focused precision and slow, thoughtful consideration for the clients sensory capacity. Deep Bodywork has a profound ability to relieve and introduce healing for chronic to acute physical injury. Through this process, I have experienced for myself and through many clients its potential to unbind and heal deep emotional traumas that may have been stored in the body.
With intention, methodical compression, stretching and movement of the body, this ancient style of bodywork can be performed on a mat close to the floor with the client fully clothed or incorporated into a table massage. Having studied Traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, it is among the most versatile and favorable applications of bodywork around the world.
Sessions are offered on a very limited basis to ensure quality of presence from both practitioner and recipient.
One Hour & Thirty Minute Session
Sessions begin with a brief consultation, followed by 75-80 minutes of hands on treatment, and time for integration.
Alternative pricing for Provincetown residents and reoccurring sessions.
