"when I am healed I am not healed alone"
~ a course in miracles

As a Bodyworker and Massage therapist since 2010, I have been on an inspiring journey around the world to learn and practice healing modalities in their origin by their people to offer an authentic and quality experience to clientele.
With intuitive guidance & reverence for the physical and energetic bodies, a session is typically performed using a unique and organic blend of techniques, while holding a sacred space for optimal healing to be received. Each session, I offer a brief consultation to invite clients to express their specific needs and intentions for healing.
The foundation of my Bodywork practice was taught to me at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. I creatively utilize this technique through presence based touch, deep listening and long flowing strokes to relax & integrate ones body and being in a holistic manner rather than individual parts.
With a special interest and passion for Deep Bodywork, this technique is applied with focused precision and slow, thoughtful consideration for the clients sensory capacity. Deep Bodywork has a profound ability to relieve and introduce healing for chronic to acute physical injury. Through this process, I have experienced for myself and through many clients its potential to reach and unlock deep emotional and spiritual blockages that have been stored in the body.
By means of prayer, methodical compression, stretching and movement of the body, this ancient style of bodywork can be performed on a mat close to the floor with the client fully clothed or incorporated into a table massage. Having studied Traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, it is among the most versatile and favorable applications of bodywork around the world.
Healing through Native Hawaiian Cultural Traditions
Within the context of Lomi Lomi there's a broad spectrum of practices which can be offered. I am grateful to have studied with a native Hawaiian Kahuna, Harry Uhane Jim, whom I learned to practice and utilize the sacred healing ways of his Hawaiian lineage. I use techniques such as Ho’oponopono (transformation of negative into positive), HA (breath work) & Lau Lima (laying on of hands/massage)
