As a lifelong student of Yoga and an instructor since 2012, I truly enjoy sharing the wisdom and transformation I've discovered through a dynamic exchange of cultural traditions, spiritual philosophies, and embodiment practices. My teaching style reflects the many teachers, lineages and methods which have influenced my personal practice over the years. My experience includes practices from traditional to contemporary in Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga, Bikrim, Kundalini, Bhakti, Restorative & Yin Yoga. My classes offer a holistic and immersive experience, integrating chanting from bija sounds to more in-depth mantras centered around the seven chakra systems along with pranayama, asana, spiritual readings, essential oils, and closing meditation. Each practice is thoughtfully designed to cultivate deeper connection, awareness, and balance in body, mind, and spirit. Private Yoga Sessions. Private yoga sessions are offered for individuals or small groups from beginner, intermediate to advanced asana levels via Zoom. In these sessions we work together and explore various methods to align your personal intentions for Yoga so that you can truly enjoy your practice and feel intimately connected to your physical and spiritual evolution. Yoga practices and philosophies are understood and reflect differently to each individual. Therefore, it is my primary intention to support and guide you toward a more empowered and fulfilling relationship with your self so that you can utilize these practices and benefit from them in every area of your life.
